Our Story: A Complementary Approach to Wellness

It did not start with a spreadsheet, but with with a woman, a kitchen, and a fight to feel whole again.
Naturin2 has been part of that story ever since 1992.

The Story Behind the Name

Naturin2 is more than a made-up product name — it's a small promise, built right into the word itself. It combines the English word “nature” with “Yin,” the Chinese word for drink. Put them together, and Naturin2 means, quite simply, nature's drink.

It's a fitting name for a tonic built from seven herbs and one woman's belief that nature already holds what our bodies need to feel like themselves again.

Say Hi to Winnie, Our Inspiration

Winnie Che came to the U.S. from Vietnam in her twenties with very little, and built something remarkable from it — starting in the back kitchen of a Seattle sandwich shop, and within a decade, opening “Little Saigon,” one of the city's first Vietnamese restaurants and a beloved fixture of the International District. She built a business and a family at once, and like so many of us, often put herself last.

A Health Scare

A routine check-up after giving birth changed everything. Under the care of Seattle oncologist Dr. Saul Rivkin, Winnie began treatment for second-stage breast cancer. Chemotherapy took its toll — cold spells, nausea, hair loss, a body that felt like it wasn't hers anymore — until she made the hard choice to pause and find another way forward.

Finding Wisdom in Ancient Chinese Herbs

Winnie turned to researchers at the Indiana University School of Medicine who were studying Chinese herb extracts, and began working their formula into her daily routine. Slowly, she started to feel like herself again — her hair returning, her appetite back, color returning to her cheeks.

The Birth of Naturin2

Alongside better sleep, movement, and nourishing food, that herbal formula helped guide Winnie all the way back to strength — so much so that she went on to have two more children in her early forties. She and her husband, Chris, wanted every person feeling the way she once felt to have access to the same herbal support. That's Naturin2: nature's drink, bottled with care.
